The Lightning met the Bays (the U-16 State Cup winner) in a scrimmage yesterday evening on the campus of Towson University. They crushed their opponent by the score of 7-0, with goals scored by 6 different players, Sarah Conner, Anna Madden (2), Ikumi Doucette, Brittney Harris, Emily D'Italia and Alyssa Lapp. Emily also had two assists in the game. She played the majority of the game and looked very good. Very mobile, talking to her teammates and being the player that she is capable of being.
