Freedom tie first game

The Freedom U-20 team tied their first game 1-1 against the Chicago Red Eleven. Emily reports the game was poorly officiated and the Center Ref did not understand he had cards in his pocket that he could have used to better control the game. The Freedom were up 1-0 with 10 minutes to go when Chicago scored on a direct free kick from just outside the 18 yard box.

Another game tonight at 6p. Off on Friday and one game each on Sat and Sun.
